Stillness Practices
Binaural Beats
Auditory / Sound-Based
An auditory exercise utilizing specialized split frequencies to gently coax the brainwaves into a deeply calm theta or alpha state. It helps speed up the transition into deep meditative stillness.

Instructions
Must use headphones: Slip on stereo headphones (this exercise requires separate left/right audio channels to function).
Play a theta track: Start a pure binaural beat track set to a relaxing theta frequency (around 4-7 Hz).
Recline back: Lean back comfortably into your seat or lie down flat on your back.
Focus on the pulse: Listen closely to the third 'imaginary' pulsing beat created inside your brain by the audio combo.
Relax your temples: Let the skin around your temples and forehead soften completely as you listen.
Absorb for 10 minutes: Let the tracks play for 10 uninterrupted minutes while maintaining zero physical movement.
