Cloud Drift Tracking
Visual / Sight-Based
An outdoor visual practice that uses the glacial, effortless movement of clouds to slow down rapid, racing internal thoughts. It helps remind you that thoughts, like clouds, always pass by eventually.

Instructions
Step outside: Go to a spot where you can clearly see the open sky, or look up from a window.
Select one cloud: Pick a single, distinct cloud formation to follow.
Track its evolution: Watch its edges slowly shift, morph, separate, or dissolve into the sky.
Match your breathing: Try to match the slow pace of your breathing to the invisible drift of the cloud.
Switch clouds when gone: If your cloud dissolves entirely, choose a new one and repeat the tracking.
Enjoy for 5 minutes: Keep your gaze floating skyward for 5 relaxing minutes.
