Conveyor Belt
Cognitive / Thought-Based
A visualization technique that uses a mechanical image to systematically offload pressing tasks, worries, or mental to-do lists before you sit in silence.

Instructions
Picture a conveyor belt: Close your eyes and imagine a long, smooth factory conveyor belt moving slowly in front of you.
Identify a mental task: Think of one urgent task or worry that is currently stressing your mind.
Place it in a box: Imagine putting that exact task inside a sturdy box and placing it onto the moving belt.
Watch it roll away: Watch the box roll down the track, moving out of your field of view into temporary storage.
Load the next worry: Pack up your next 3 or 4 worries into separate boxes and let them slide away too.
Enjoy the empty space: Sit in the clear, uncluttered mental room you just created for 2 minutes.
