Droplet Race Track
Visual / Sight-Based
A comforting visual practice for a rainy day where you track rain droplets racing down a window pane. The unpredictable movement is highly mesmerizing and hypnotic for an overstimulated mind.

Instructions
Sit by a rainy window: Find a comfortable chair right next to a window during a rain shower.
Find a high droplet: Isolate one single water droplet near the top of the glass pane.
Follow its descent: Watch it slowly slide down, noting how it speeds up, pauses, or merges with other droplets.
Drop your shoulders: Keep your body perfectly still as your eyes trace the path downward.
Pick a new droplet: Once it hits the bottom frame, reset your eyes back to the top and select a new droplet.
Sustain for 3 minutes: Repeat this visual tracking for several cycles to slow down your internal pace.
