Geometric Spot Hunting
Visual / Sight-Based
A structured visual scavenger hunt that anchors a scattered mind by forcing it to look for specific geometric patterns nearby. It breaks intense emotional loops by shifting focus to external tracking.

Instructions
Pick one specific shape: Choose a shape to search for, such as 'circles' or 'rectangles.'
Scan your room slowly: Look around your immediate environment to spot every single example of that shape.
Count them mentally: Count each item as you find it (e.g., clock face, mug rim, speaker cone).
Freeze on item ten: Once you find 5 or 10 examples, stop your gaze on the final item.
Examine its details: Stare at that final object for 30 seconds, noticing its texture, color, and shadows.
Take a closing breath: Inhale deeply, exhale completely, and return to your day.
