Shape Tracing
Visual / Sight-Based
A simple visual exercise where you use your eyes to slowly outline the physical shapes in your immediate room. It grounds a spinning mind by reconnecting you directly to the concrete objects around you.

Instructions
Look around your space: Pick a rectangular or square object near you, like a door frame, window, or book.
Start at the top corner: Fix your eyes on the top-left corner of the chosen object.
Trace the top edge: Slowly glide your eyes across the top border to the top-right corner.
Trace down the side: Slowly move your gaze down the right edge to the bottom corner.
Complete the shape: Trace along the bottom edge and back up the left side to your starting point.
Reverse direction: Trace the same object in reverse, moving at a slow, deliberate pace.
