Singing Bowl Fade-Away
Auditory / Sound-Based
A beautiful listening exercise where you trace the ringing tail-end of a sound all the way down into complete silence. It trains your brain to notice the very moment where sound transitions into stillness.

Instructions
Strike or play a bowl: Strike an actual singing bowl, or play a high-quality video/audio clip of a single singing bowl strike.
Catch the initial ring: Listen to the loud, resonant ring that immediately fills the room.
Track the fading vibration: As the sound begins to lose volume, sharpen your focus to track the long, tapering tail of the noise.
Hunt for the whisper: Follow the sound down as it becomes incredibly faint, like an ultra-quiet whisper.
Pinpoint the exact silence: Try to identify the precise split-second where the sound dies out completely.
Rest in the aftermath: Sit in the profound, leftover silence that remains for 1 full minute.
