Stillness Practices
Sound-As-Information
Auditory / Sound-Based
A psychological audio shift where you treat every single noise around you simply as meaningless data packets rather than interruptions. It removes the emotional irritation caused by external ambient noises.

Instructions
Welcome all distractions: Sit still and intentionally open your ears to every single annoying noise around you.
Strip the names away: Stop labeling noises as 'loud motorcycle' or 'annoying coworker.'
Hear pure sound waves: Listen to them simply as raw acoustic sound waves rising up and falling away.
Stay neutral: Do not fight the noises; let them pass through your left ear and out your right ear without resistance.
Watch the space between: Notice how every noise, no matter how loud, is always surrounded by a wide backdrop of silence.
Rest in that backdrop: Keep your awareness resting on that background silence for 3 minutes.
