Stillness Practices
Weightless Savasana
Somatic / Body-Centered
The ultimate posture of non-doing, where you completely surrender your physical body to the ground. It allows your nervous system to fully integrate the benefits of stillness without any physical effort.

Instructions
Lie completely flat: Lie flat on your back on a soft mat, rug, or bed.
Separate your feet: Let your feet flop open wide, wider than your hips.
Space out your arms: Place your arms a few inches away from your torso with your palms facing up.
Tuck your shoulder blades: Gently slide your shoulders down and under your back to open up your chest.
Release all tracking: Stop monitoring your breath, your thoughts, or your posture entirely.
Imagine sinking: Picture your bones becoming heavy, like you are sinking into warm, soft sand.
Rest undisturbed: Stay completely immobile and rest in this deep silence for 5 to 15 minutes.
